about me.

As a teenager, I used to volunteer to organize closets at a local non-profit. That may seem like a random way to introduce myself. But decades later, I still think about the experience. Those hours spent sifting through literal decades of forms, client files, event paraphernalia, and office supplies helped me to identify a challenge that too many non-profits and small businesses face.

It boils down to this: too many organizations don’t have the time to create effective plans or to implement the systems they need. As a result, they operate in a constant state of urgency, which leads to staff burn-out and turnover.

This is where I come in. My superpower is looking the chaos in the face and breaking the work down into sustainable plans with actionable tasks.

When I’m not elbows deep in an excel spreadsheet or scrolling through images of beautifully organized pantries; you’ll find me building Lego robots with my kid, watching sports documentaries with my partner, or sipping tea while reading a good book.
